RCI Points, Hotel Points, Proprietary Point Systems

In recent years, timeshare developers have introduced points based programs designed to offer the timeshare buyer another level of flexibility.

Point systems allow you to break up your vacationing into 3-4 day vacations. The point system allows you to make better use of your week. Every resort that has points has a different program. In other words, not all point programs are the same. Check with your resale specialist about the differences in the point systems.

Additionally, RCI has recently introduced its RCI Points program. While similar in some aspects, this program has a number of different usage benefits in comparison to the developer point based programs described above.
