Costs to purchase a timeshare are not unlike buying whole ownership real estate. Typical fees include:
- initial purchase of the timeshare,
- closing costs,
- annual membership fee with the exchange company
Occassionally a membership transfer fee is required by some luxury hotel timeshare developers.
